This part of Incredible Ladies Project is set out to deal with the joys and nuisances of food. It is a confusing part, because on one hand we will count calories and on the other we will indulge in food tastings. This part more than any other is about exploration and trying to keep – or to find – the balance. And it is the part that more than any other screams: Personal Responsibility! There is no cheating and there are no tricks. The facts are simple!
